The Beginning
Since 2002, Vieva Group has been a pioneer in transforming motor insurance claims management. Our journey began with motor surveyors and the development of an innovative online claims assessment solution. This led to the creation of our flagship product, Motoveys — India's first comprehensive online claims management platform.
The Breakthrough with Motoveys
During the Mumbai floods, Motoveys was deployed by IFFCO Tokio General Insurance in its CSC3 zone. The platform revolutionized claim processes, reducing average Turnaround Time (TAT) from 3 months to just 32 days while significantly optimizing Average Claim Costs (ACC).
MotoPI and Advanced Claims Solutions
Building on Motoveys’ success, we introduced MotoPI for risk inspections and developed a complete end-to-end motor claims management ecosystem. Our tools enhanced dealer SLAs, enabled real-time claims provisioning, and introduced leak prevention mechanisms to safeguard insurers against losses.
Pioneering Doorstep Service with Spreferred
Vieva Group introduced Spreferred, a groundbreaking doorstep service in partnership with a leading private insurance company in India. This initiative enhanced customer convenience and redefined the claims experience.
